For those of you who know me well, I am normally a private person (who has a blog) and I usually don’t like to celebrate birthdays.  I do have to admit though that I am absolutely floored by the dozens people who wrote, called and posted on facebook, their birthday greetings to me.  Thank you so much.

One of those people asked me for words of wisdom upon my 44th year on this planet – I think he was actually joking as he is an old friend – and I decided to offer this to him anyway (and to all of you):

“Do what you love and you will never work again.”

Thank you again to all of you who wished me a happy birthday today.  My wish for you is to never work again.  Just make your vocation your vacation.
